Boston’s FOX25 Reaches Long-Term Agreement with Verizon FiOS

BOSTON – Dec. 4, 2014 Cox Media Group’s (CMG) Boston’s FOX 25 and Verizon FiOS have reached a new long term agreement that will permit Verizon FiOS to bring back Fox 25. 

“We are very happy that we have reached an agreement with Verizon Fios to be able to restore Fox25 quality news, sports and entertainment programming to all of our loyal viewing audience,” said CMG Boston and FOX 25 Vice President and General Manager Tom Raponi.  “We apologize to our viewers for any disruption that this dispute caused and we thank Verizon FiOS for its willingness to continue working with FOX 25 to reach an agreement that is favorable for both companies and all of our viewers.  FOX 25 is very pleased to back on Verizon FiOS.”
