Channel 2 Action News Wins 11 Emmy Awards

ATLANTA – June 14, 2017 – The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Southeast honored WSB-TV Channel 2 Action News with 11 Emmy Awards for outstanding team and live news coverage, best on-air news anchor, best morning and 6 p.m. newscasts, best photography, best investigative report and best special news and weather programming on Saturday night, June 10, at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead.

NATAS is a professional, non-profit organization dedicated to excellence in visual media. While based in Atlanta, the chapter serves the southeast region comprising the following geographic areas: Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Asheville, N.C.
