CMG Promotes Condace Pressley to Director of Community Affairs in Atlanta

August 16, 2018 – ATLANTA – Cox Media Group (CMG) today announced the promotion of Condace Pressley to director of community affairs. In her new role, Pressley will oversee community efforts across all media platforms, including WSB-TV, Atlanta Journal Constitution and CMG’s four Atlanta radio stations.

One of those efforts is the WSB-TV Family 2 Family project, the largest and most comprehensive public service campaign in Georgia. For more than 30 years, hundreds of charities and people have benefited from the exposure Family 2 Family has given to causes and issues including health, safety, education and quality of life in north Georgia. Other key community service efforts across CMG Atlanta’s platforms include the AJC Peachtree Road Race and the WSB Radio Care-A-Thon benefiting the Aflac Cancer Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Pressley started at CMG in 1986 as a radio news reporter and anchor for WSB. Most recently, she was manager of programming operations and community affairs for News 95.5 and AM750 WSB. She takes on this role as Jocelyn Dorsey, who served as director of community affairs since 1983, retired after 45 years of service.
