CMG’s 99 Jamz Miami Launches Interactive Hip-Hop Radio with LDR

MIAMI – Oct. 29, 2013 Following the exceptional success of Tampa’s 97X WSUN-FM (www.97xonline.com), a 24/7 Listener Driven Radio station, Cox Media Group (CMG) Miami is launching the first interactive experience in South Florida with Hip-Hop Takeover on market leader WEDR-FM.

“The 99 Jamz ‘audience take-over’ allows 99 Jamz listeners to have their say in what we play, and at the same time creates a live, local music experience shared by Hip Hop fans across South Florida – and only on 99 Jamz,” said CMG Miami VP and General Manager Rob Babin. 

Jamz listeners now can control the Hip-Hop that plays during various day parts through the week via www.WEDR.com and the 99 Jamz mobile app. The interactive voting technology is powered by crowdcasting leader, LDR Interactive.
