Cox Media Group Memphis Names Woods General Sales Manager for WHBQ-TV FOX 13


MEMPHIS – Oct. 9, 2014 Cox Media Group (CMG) Memphis has named Michelle Woods as its new General Sales Manager for WHBQ-TV FOX 13.  In this role, Woods, who comes to WHBQ-TV from KTVU FOX 2 in the San Francisco Bay Area, is responsible for leadership and oversight of advertising sales on FOX13 WHBQ, its website, and its various mobile apps.

Woods began her CMG career in July 2004 at KTVU/Fox 2 in San Francisco. She served in the roles of Account Executive, National Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager during her tenure. Woods is a graduate of UCLA and has multiple certifications in sales management, leadership, and mentorship programs through CMG.
