Monday, October 10, 2016 — Cox Media Group (CMG) Tampa Radio has promoted Megan Caldwell to Digital Sales Manager effective immediately. Caldwell now reports directly to Jason Meder, CMG Tampa Director of Sales, and will oversee the Tampa cluster’s digital sales efforts for its six stations.
“We are so excited to have Megan lead our Digital sales efforts in Tampa,” said Meder. “Megan brings unique experience to this role, with a background in digital content. Her knowledge combined with her ability to create solutions for advertisers is an amazing resource for CMG Tampa.”
Prior to this promotion, Caldwell was Digital Media Strategist working with some of CMG Tampa’s biggest digital clients, managing campaigns and working with the CMG Digital team on analytics, fulfillment and revenue generation. She began her career at CMG in 2013 as a Digital Producer working on B2B sites, social media, mobile, apps and permission marketing initiatives.
“Megan knows the digital space, knows our marketing partners and knows what it takes to compete and win in this competitive and fast moving space”, said CMG Tampa VP and Market Manager, Keith Lawless.
“I am beyond excited to be leading our team in digital,” said Caldwell. “As the Digital Sales Manager, I will be focused on driving initiatives that help us continue to build long-term relationships with our clients.”
Caldwell is a 2012 graduate of the University of Central Florida where she focused on digital and multimedia information resources and design.
