Friday, February 19, 2016 — Gamut, a Cox Media Group company, has named Rachel Williamson as its new Vice President and General Manager of Gamut, effective immediately and based in New York City. In addition to overseeing Gamut’s sales, marketing and ad operations, Williamson will drive the continued engagement between Gamut’s sales and programmatic teams in New York and San Francisco, as well as leveraging Cox Media Group’s collaborative efforts of its national portfolio with CoxReps and Videa teams.

Williamson’s media career includes several years with CMG as a Sr. Account Executive and Sales Manager at the company’s previously-owned Louisville radio stations and later as a Sr. Account Executive at Cox Digital Solutions (now known as Gamut) in New York. Most recently, she worked as Director of Digital Revenue Development for CMG. In that role, she worked directly with our CMG Local Solutions team and all of CMG’s market leaders on sales strategies, best practices, digital business management and analysis to achieve increased year-over-year digital revenues. She also has held positions with Arbitron/Nielsen covering Radio Sales in the Midwest, Hubbard Broadcasting Chicago, and Forever Communications.
