WEST BABYLON, N.Y. — Cox Media Group (“CMG”) today announced Megan Borelli has been promoted to Director of Sales, effective immediately. In her new role, Borelli will be responsible for leading Cox Media Group’s Long Island Radio Cluster and driving all sales targets, initiatives and in-market promotions.
Borelli began her career at Cox Reps in 1996. In 2013, she made the move to CMG Long Island as Digital Sales Manager at CMG’s radio cluster in Long Island, NY, which includes WBLI-FM and WBAB-FM. Throughout her six years within the division, she led the team to significant digital growth.

Alongside Borelli’s promotion, CMG announced the promotion of Katelin Tinley who was promoted to VP/GM, replacing John Shea who recently announced his retirement. Both Borelli and Tinley will assume their new roles when Shea’s retirement becomes effective on Feb. 14, 2020.
