OAKLAND – Oct. 4, 2011 – Tamara Voremberg has been named General Sales Manager of KTVU Fox 2. Voremberg takes over for Greg Bilte who was recently named Director of Sales of KTVU Fox 2 and KICU TV36. Voremberg has worked at Cox Media Group’s KTVU for the last 11 years where she has been an Account Executive and most recently Local Sales Manager.
“Tamara is one of the most respected Sales Managers inside Cox Media Group with a great deal of local experience in the Bay Area. She has managed multiple projects within KTVU and her proven leadership, dedication and knowledge of the business will take KTVU to new heights in the future. I’m very excited to have her step up and lead the KTVU Sales team,” said Bilte.
Voremberg started her career in New York at Broadcast Marketing Corporation (BMC). She moved to San Francisco in 1990 to work with Marchand Marketing. She has also held positions in San Francisco with KSL, McCann- Erickson, and Petry.
Tamara is a native of Bridgewater, New Jersey and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the NYU Stern School of Business.
